Important COVID-19 Note
Our warehouses are open and continuing to ship orders. However, please note that nearly all automotive parts manufacturers, distribution centers, and logistics centers face backorders and delays in order fulfillment. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, Lift Kits 4 Vets will make an effort to notify the customer, provide order status updates and expedite the fulfillment process. Product Availability
To check stock levels, use our Live-Chat feature or Contact page. See the Lead Times tab for average order fulfillment times by manufacturer. Note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer. For these items, the manufacturer may not provide real-time inventory data to Lift Kits 4 Vets and backorders are possible. If an item is unavailable, Lift Kits 4 Vets will contact the buyer with an estimated ship date. In the event of excessive manufacturer backorders or delays, Lift Kits 4 Vets may opt to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Shipping
Orders of $100 or more (pre-tax) receive free shipping. Lift Kits 4 Vets provides free shipping within the contiguous 48 states only. For orders outside of this area, please use the Contact page prior to placing your order. Items shipped by ground or LTL generally arrive within 1-5 days from date of shipment. Lift Kits 4 Vets is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
Returns & Refunds
Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Items may NOT be returned once packaging has been opened or the item has been installed. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
To request a return, use the Contact page, ensuring to include your order number, contact information, items for return, and reason for return. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions. Additional information and documentation may be required. Refunds will generally be processed within 48 business hours of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.
NOTE: Please do NOT ship items prior to receiving return authorization and instructions. as some items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin.
Product Data
Lift Kits 4 Vets provides product data (including but not limited to item descriptions, important notes, and fitment information) as a courtesy only. This information is provided by product manufacturers and is assumed to be accurate at the time of publishing. Though Lift Kits 4 Vets may periodically audit and update some product information based upon manufacturer's published data revisions, Lift Kits 4 Vets does not guarantee the accuracy of any product data. Lift Kits 4 Vets reserves the right to update product data as necessary and without notice, and will not be held responsible for misprints, or changes/variations made by vehicle manufacturers. Customers should consult the product manufacturer's website for the most up-to-date product data.

Open Box Items
Markdown and Open Box items are offered at a discount as they have either been overstocked, slightly damaged, and/or returned from a previous customer. Items are sold "as-is." Lift Kits 4 Vets will indicate any damage found during the inspection process. Please note that this does not guarantee that all defects have been identified. Sales for all items in this category are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements are permitted. Some manufacturers may continue to warranty such items; however, the purchaser accepts that some manufacturers may not extend warranties to items in this category. Please refer to the individual product manufacturer's warranty page for details.

How do I request a replacement for a missing or damaged item?
Upon receipt, please inspect all orders for completion, accuracy, and damage. If packaging appears to be damaged, ensure to photograph the damage, as this may be required for a shipping carrier claim.
Use the Contact page, ensuring to include your order number, contact information, and description of the incorrect or damaged part(s). One of our team members will contact you to correct the issue.
What warranties do you offer?
Warranties are solely offered by product manufacturers. Please refer to the product manufacturer's warranty statement. In the event of a warranty claim, Lift Kits 4 Vets is available to assist with the manufacturer's required documentation. Use the Contact page or Live-Chat feature for assistance.
