BDS offers improved performance in a new smaller lift height with 3" UCA Lift Systems for the Chevy and GMC 2500HD/3500HD trucks. Designed for simple bolt-on installation, these kits allow clerance for up to 35" tires.

At the heart of this new system is a pair of heavy duty tubular upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. These new control arms are built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, and use an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints to allow more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable ball joints and rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims. Along with the control arms, a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied up front to lift vehicle. A small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without effecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference, a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle. In the rear a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks ready to soak up the terrrain. Take your HD to the next level with BDS Suspension.

Important Kit Notes

1. Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool #CH48809
2. Compatible with gas or diesel models
3. Compatible with AT4 models
4. Some minor trimming may be necessary to fit certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks and typically consists of trimming the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/ narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of this instruction sheet

Shipping

Lift Kits 4 Vets provides shipping within the contiguous 48 states only. For orders outside of this area, please use the Contact page prior to placing your order. Items shipped by ground or LTL generally arrive within 1-5 days from date of shipment. Lift Kits 4 Vets is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Items may NOT be returned once packaging has been opened or the item has been installed, otherwise used, or damaged. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns and refunds may be requested through the Contact page.

Note: Do NOT ship items back until you have received a return authorization, as items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin. Refunds will generally be processed within 48 business hours of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.
